Directions

  1. Heat oil, sauté onions until fragrant. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add zucchini, yellow bell peppers, Kelly’s Bacon Bits Luncheon Ham. Stir cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Season with concentrated chicken stock. ​
  4. Serve with iceberg lettuce leaves as wraps. Sprinkle on some chopped walnuts and pepper.

  • 70 g                    Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 70 g                    Zucchini (diced)

  • 40 g                   Walnuts or Macadamia Nuts, Toasted and Coarsely Chopped
