Directions
- Heat oil, sauté onions until fragrant. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add zucchini, yellow bell peppers, Kelly’s Bacon Bits Luncheon Ham. Stir cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with concentrated chicken stock.
- Serve with iceberg lettuce leaves as wraps. Sprinkle on some chopped walnuts and pepper.
