We are honored to be recognized as a partner of A*STAR SIMTech, for our collaborative project on Smart Manufacturing Operations Management (S-MOM) system implementation.

The S-MOM system has enabled Golden Bridge to have complete visibility over its shop-floor production. It has helped increase efficiency and productivity by reducing manual paperwork, and time spent on data collection and report generation. Lead time from order to delivery has decreased by 67%, and manpower efficiency (for planner and QC department) increased by 70%.
