Wasabi Potato Salad with Beef Pastrami

Directions

  1. Mix condensed milk, mayonnaise and wasabi paste. 
  2. Add potatoes, Kelly’s Beef Pastrami, some spring onion and carrot. Toss evenly 
  3. Arrange mixed salad on lettuce. Garnish with remaining spring onion, black sesame seeds and alfalfa. 

Ingredients

  • 3 cooked potatoes, peel and cube 
  • 200g Kelly’s Beef Pastrami, cubed 
  • 2 stalks spring onion, minced 
  • 60g carrot, cube and blanch 
  • some alfalfa 
  • 1 tsp toasted black sesame seeds 
  • some lettuce 

Dressing 

  • 1 tbsp condensed milk 
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
